Keto Staples; Brussles, Bacon, Cheese .... but make it a Pizza. It's a game changer Pizza.
(You can make less than written here -- we made extra for side dish meal prep as well)
Ingredients:
24 oz Brussel Sprouts , halved
16 oz Nitrate Free Bacon, chopped
1 Andouille Sausage, sliced
1 Hot Italian Sausage, sliced
Drizzle Avocado oil in a skillet and add meats. Once the bacon is crisp and the sausage is cooked through, add Brussels and cover. You can also add 1/2 small onion diced as well.
**Save 3 brussels, for shaved topping at the end.
Cook until brussels are carmalized and softened.
For the Sauce:
1/2 Cup Marscapone
25 Drops OOO Flavours (onion flavour) OR 1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1/4 cup diced onions for texture
Mix together
Assembly
We used Soo Ketolicious Crust (linked) and made it as directed on packaging.
Spread the Sauce mixture on top, add the brussel/bacon/sausage topping, sprinkle with the shaved brussels.
Add a few more dollops of the sauve mixture on top of everything and return to over for 10-15 mins.
