KETO COBB

Clean, nutritious & rich in protein. We repeat this at least once a week. Makes for a great clean out the fridge recipe too!


INGREDIENTS


  • 6 oz bacon (6 slices) chopped

  • 5 cups Mixed greens of choice

  • 2 cooked Salmon filets, blackened (or protein of choice)

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered

  • 1 large avocado sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

(we like to use heirloom tomatoes)

  • 1 Cucumber, sliced & halved (we like to remove the centres/seeds. Makes for a crunchier texture)

  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled (or feta cheese, or slices of aged white cheddar)

  • 1 celery stick, sliced


FOR DRESSING


We like to keep it simple with 4 lemon wedges and some extra virgin olive oil + S&P to taste.

DIRECTIONS


Pretty straight forward. Prep all ingredients as above, and combine. Voila
