KETO Berry Jam

It's not easy to find a jam or jelly at your grocery store that is free of added sugars... so whip up your in 10 minutes or less... the scent in your house alone is worth it.

Ingredients:

2 cups of your choice of berry (this is raspberry, but strawberry is beyond delightful, blueberry, blackberry, cherry, etc) , frozen or fresh, whatever you have!

3 T chia seeds

1 t vanilla extract

1 T of lemon juice (optional for a more tarte taste)

Zest of a lemon (optional for even MORE tarte taste)


Clean Keto Option to sweeten (we are not fans of sugar alcohols like erythritol):

Monk fruit drops (OOO is the BEST - click here )

Stevia


Directions:


  1. Add fruit to small saucepan and gently mash with fork while cooking

  2. Add chia, vanilla and lemon and sweetener if using - e

  3. Let simmer for 5 mins, then remove from heat and allow to cool. The chia will thicken it the longer it stand.

Store in the fridge in an airtight jar for a week!
