KETO Trifecta Bar

May we Introduce you to the TRIFECTA. Choc chip cookies, Sprinkes AND Cheesecake. This is a dessert game changer.

 

Directions:


Cookie Layer:


We made this in collaboartion with Keto Candy Girl using her Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix


Preheat oven to 350°F. Make chocolate chip batter as states on bag ** we also added 1/4 bag of vanilla instant pudding mix from Simply Delish to make the base extra chewy and soft.


(You can probably use any Keto choc chip recipe for this base, but we HIGHLY recommend using her mixes because they are INCREDIBLE).


Add 3/4 batter to a parchment lined 8x8 pan flatten to create a crust and bake.

Reserve remaining batter.


Remove from the oven and let cool.


Start the cheesecake layer

 

Cheesecake Layer:


  • 8oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)

  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 Cup (or less, depending on your sweetness preference) Swerve Powdered Sweetener

  • 1 Egg at room temp


Using hand mixer, mix all ingredients together until well combined and very smooth.

Add Sprinkle Company sprinkles and fold in lightly.


Pour cheesecake batter over cookie base, add dollops of the remaining cookie batter on top and chunks of chocolate (we used Bakers Dark).


Return to preheated oven for 25-30 mins. Remove and let cool for a few hours COMPLETELY before cutting.
