KETO Gruyère & Asparagus Puff Pastry Bundles


 

Do you love easy appetizers that literally make you swoon ? This is your answer!

 

Directions:


  • Toss trimmed asparagus in avocado oil, salt and pepper and put in the oven at 350 in a lined baking sheet for 10 mins.

  • While asparagus is baking cut @cutdacarb flatbread sheets into squares - each bundle requires two squares

  • Grate gruyère and sandwich between the / squares

  • Place more grated cheese in centre of square (corner to corner) - cheese can also be Brie or Boursin!

  • Optional - you can add prosciutto

  • Add 3 spears of cooked asparagus

  • Fold corners of @cutdacarb To blanket the asparagus - put a little bit of grated cheese in between where the Blanket overlaps - important to make sure the bundles stay together!

  • In a frying pan, heat a few tablespoons of avocado oil (@chosenfoods ) on high heat, then place your bundle seam side down and press gently on it for approx 20 seconds, then use tongs to grab your bundle and turn in oil to cook the opposite side. * keep your eye on your bundles as they Cook up quickly!


These bundles are easily customizable with any meat, veg or cheese you desire.
