The KETO anyones heart, is bread. This one is perfect for toasting, stuffing, buttering, sandwiching and anything else you could imagine.
Ingredients
1 Cup Ground flax seeds
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour (HEAPING 1/2 Cup)
2 1/2 Tablespoons Psyllium Husk
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Tsp sea salt
5 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup room temp water
1/3 Cup avocado oil **Butter flavoured coconut oil works magic here too, such a nice flavour for the bread**
2T EBTB Seasoning (*optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Whisk all dry ingredients together.
Mix all wet ingredients with hand mixer until well mixed and foamy (this helps the bread be a little fluffier) - approx 2 mins.
Pour liquid into dry mix, fold it together. Cover and let sit for 5 mins.
Pour batter into pan, top with Maldon salt, more EBTB seasoning and any other spices or seeds you desire.
Bake for 60mins (or until a skewer comes out clean after poking the Center.
Allow to cool completely before serving! .
****Highly recommend toasting. Keep this bread refrigerated!
